Do you think your child is totally adorable?

Do they have what it takes to win our annual "SUMMER FUN PHOTO COMPETITION"?

All you have to do to enter is email us a photo of your child wearing one of our Rashoodz having safe fun in the sun. We will then post it on our facebook fan page under the photo album named Summer Fun Photo Competition 2011 and here on the blog.

Then all you have to do is get as many people as possible to vote (click the like button) for your photo or for the photo that most embodies Summer Fun. The photo that gets the most votes wins.

You and your child will win a RASHOODZ BABY SUMMER BEACH PACK,

which includes, a Rashoodz Swimbag, Hooded Towel, Sunscreen, Beach Toys, and a New Rashoodz of your choice and the glory of being named RASHOODZ BABY OR TODDLER OF THE YEAR! So its time to get snapping

Competition Winners

Thank you for all your wonderful comments and feedback on our little Rashoodz suits!

It was very hard for us to choose the two winning comments but we couldn't go past the adorable and talented 6 month old Caitlyn who typed her own comment listed below.

"Sarah From Caitlyn (6 months): I don't have a suit yet, but my Grandma and Grandad have a pool and when summer comes around Grandad is going to take me swimming. My mum says that only the Rashoodz UPF50 plus suit with the attached matching hat will be good enough for me to wear in Grandad's pool! Plus I have to look trendy for Grandma. So I really need one for summer, please!"

We are also giving away the other suit to Kristen F. who wrote the wonderful comment below.

" I just got my Rashoodz for my baby boy and we love love love it!!! He's definitely going to get lots of wear out of these swimmers and I cant wait for summer so we can show him off! I had such a hard time choosing which one to get i think I'm going to end up with another! If i won one though i actually think I'd get it for my best friend cos I think its the best gift and its something she definitely wont think to buy!! :)"

Rashoodz Competition - Review or Tell us Why you Want

As advertised on facebook, our competition is now running on our main website!

All you have to do is comment to this competition blog entry to enter.

All you have to do is tell us what you think of your Rashoodz, or tell us why you would love to have one.

Two winners will be announced at the end of August. Each will score a free suit of their choice.

Donna"" I LOVE your swimsuits because they are sunsmart... when I'm at the beach or pool I look around and no other kids are wearing hats.

I also LOVE when my 4 year old dives into the pool the hat stays on!!!

Kristen" I havent got a Rashoodz suit but I would LOVE one for my son. I think it would be great to have him keep his hat on while swimming and not lose it in the pool or surf. We love the outdoors and being in Brisbane we are always in and around the pool or beach, so it would become our must-have item for Kaiden to wear.

Simone" I would love a Rashoodz suit for my little boy. My nephew has a Rashoodz suit and loves it, much easier to get on and off than some other rashie outfits. His mum was so impressed with it, I understand she now stocks them in her surf wear shop!

It would also satisfy the obsessive compulsive in me ensuring the outfit and hat are perfec...tly coordinated!

I think your RASHOODZ are a brilliant idea - no more losing hats or babies trying to take them off! I have 8 month old twin baby girls with fair skin and red hair so being sun smart is SO incredibly important, as it is for all children! I have been looking at suitable swimsuits for the girls and I have just found exactly what I want for them! Their 1st birthday is coming up - what an ideal present for them! Well done.

I Think Rashoodz are a very smart idea. They are ideal for kids and babies of all ages. They encourage kids and babies to wear a hat, I think they may even forget they are wearing the hat as it doesn't fall off. They can play and have fun without kids or parents worrying that their hat has fallen off or is lost. They look as if thet are of excellent quality type where they do not loose quality over time in the wash. That is also very important to me as my eldest sun does take swimming lessons and we are always swimming in summer. They seem easy to take on and off which is important for my kids as I have a hard time finding cosses that fit through their heads as it seems their head is to big to fit through some cossies.

Summer Fun Competition Winner

We Have A Winner!

It was a close call but little LOKI and her mother Emma have won the Summer Fun Competition.

Loki's photo is really fantastic and she definitely is having fun (see below).

The Rashoodz team really enjoyed seeing kids everyone having safe summer fun in our rashies!

And don't forget to keep up your swimming lessons during the winter. We have found with our littlest that if they don't do swimming lessons during the winter months, its back to square one again with their swimming skills. Its an all too important skill for children living in Australia!
