Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. Please attach pictures of the fault in your email. Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed by our Head Office.
You must return the item within 6 months of your purchase. After this time, it is considered wear and tear.
Please email email@example.com to organise an exchange. Exchanges can be made for incorrect size or faulty goods. The item must be in its original, unused and unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please include a picture in the email of the tags still attached.
You are required to pay for the postage for the exchange. Please include a self-addressed pre-paid postbag so we can send the exchange item back to you. If one is not included, we will not be able to make the exchange. You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase to organise an exchange. Once the exchange has been organised, send the item to the below address
As an online business, unless faulty, we do not except exchanges from items purchased in store.
