WHAT IS THE RASHOODZ RETURN POLICY?

REFUNDS

*Refunds are only processed for faulty full price goods. If your item is faulty see below instructions.

Please email info@rashoodz.com.au - attach pictures of the faulty item, including one image of the neck tag with size visible and one close up of the fault. Once we have reviewed your case and a refund has been approved, it will be processed by our Head Office.
You must return the item within 6 months of your purchase. After this time, it is considered wear and tear.

EXCHANGES

Please email info@rashoodz.com.au to organise an exchange. Exchanges can be made for incorrect size or faulty goods.

Change of mind / size exchanges will only be approved if the item is in its original, unused and unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please include a picture in the email of the tags still attached.
Postage and handling will be at a cost to the customer. Please include a self-addressed pre-paid postbag so we can send the exchange item back to you. If one is not included, we will not be able to make the exchange. You must contact us within 14 days from receipt date to organise an exchange. Once the exchange has been organised, send the item to the below address.

As an online business, unless faulty, we do not except exchanges from items purchased in store.
